I would request that everyone please exercise normal caution in regards to the hot weather. The Fourth is becoming overrun with those suffering from heat exhaustion. While no one will be turned away, this issue is easily preventable and thus I ask this in order for us to have the manpower to treat conditions that are far less avoidable.

I request that all those coming to the Fourth not be alarmed to see Minazuki floating past on a circuit of the grounds.  I realize that his appearance is intimidating to many, but he is of a gentle nature and will bring no harm to anyone.  Showing fear of him is unhelpful to both yourself and to him.  Please refrain from visible negative reactions ( Read more... )
